Communications & Messaging Consent
By creating an account or providing your contact information to MedMartrx, you consent to receive transactional and informational communications related to your account, orders, and use of the platform.
Email Messages
We send emails for order confirmations, shipping updates, account verification, support replies, payout notifications, billing receipts, and platform announcements. Marketing emails (if any) are sent separately and always include an unsubscribe link.
To opt out of marketing emails: click the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email, or email support@medmartrx.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe". Transactional emails (orders, payments, account actions) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
SMS / Text Messages
If you opt in to SMS, we may send text messages for order updates, time-sensitive shipment alerts, two-factor authentication codes, and important account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any message from MedMartrx. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact support@medmartrx.com.
You can also manage SMS preferences in your Account Settings.
In-App Notifications
In-app notifications appear in your Notification Center while you are logged in. These cannot be disabled but can be marked as read or cleared at any time.
